These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AppleWebTask mobile app and website (https://applewebtask.co.uk) (collectively, the “Platform”).
By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
AppleWebTask provides an online platform connecting customers who require home or office services with independent service providers who can perform those tasks.
AppleWebTask acts as a booking facilitator and payment intermediary only.
The company does not employ service providers and is not directly responsible for the services performed by them.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension.
Customers can browse, select, and book services offered by registered providers.
Once confirmed, a booking constitutes a contract between the customer and the provider, facilitated by AppleWebTask.
AppleWebTask reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking suspected of misuse or fraud.
All payments are processed securely through the app or website.
AppleWebTask may deduct a platform service fee from the provider’s payment.
Customers agree to pay the quoted price unless otherwise agreed prior to booking confirmation.
Refunds or disputes must follow the policy outlined in section 8.
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before service time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Late cancellations or “no-shows” may incur charges.
Providers must notify customers promptly if unable to attend a booking.
Repeated cancellations by a provider may result in suspension from the platform.
Providers must perform services professionally, safely, and as described in their listings.
Customers must ensure a safe and accessible environment for the provider.
AppleWebTask is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from services rendered by independent providers.
If a dispute arises between a customer and a provider:
Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through the app’s in-app support or email communication.
AppleWebTask may mediate but is not obligated to provide a resolution or compensation.
Persistent or serious complaints may lead to account suspension of the offending party.
All content on the platform—including logos, designs, and software—is owned by APPLE WEB TASK LTD.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written consent.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws (GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018).
Users must not:
Use the app for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Post offensive, misleading, or false information.
Circumvent the platform’s payment system or contact providers/customers outside the app.
AppleWebTask shall not be held liable for:
Damages, losses, or injuries caused by third-party service providers.
Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outage, strikes, natural disasters).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Users may also deactivate their accounts by contacting our support team.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
